(mopeds) around the city. These vehicles are more economical, and better
for the environment. You will see them on the streets and on the
sidewalks. Pedestrians have to keep their eyes open at all times!!
Parking is allowed on the sidewalks in designated area. It is not
uncommon to see someone rearranging the parked scooters to make room for
his own!! It is also not uncommon to see small families riding on one
scooter!
